The hotel rooms feature a balcony, and let me tell you, it felt like having my own little slice of paradise. I could sit out there and enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It was like having my own personal postcard right at my fingertips.

Great hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an amazing breakfast spread! The location is fantastic with breathtaking views of the mountains from the balcony. The basic amenities provided are top notch and it's definitely value for money. The hotel service is exceptional and staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay. One thing that we loved was the attention to detail in everything. We also enjoyed the festive arrangements in the city, which we were informed about by the receptionist.

My recent stay at the Hotel in Lermoos was fabulous! The receptionist was very positive and helpful, providing me with information about the local festivities in the evening. The bar tender was also supportive. I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a 4-star hotel next door due to the end of the summer season. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location and views from the balcony were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

In terms of drawbacks, the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable with a low toilet, inconveniently placed toilet paper, and an odd location for the hand soap dispenser. The pillows were also a bit thin.

Our stay at this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us and our furry friend. They even organized a special room for us to celebrate New Year's Eve with our dog. The bar staff, particularly Remo, took great care of us throughout the evenings. The rooms, although slightly dated, were clean and bright, with lovely views from the small balcony. The bathroom facilities were excellent, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Additionally, the hotel provided secure bike storage, which was perfect for our outdoor adventures.

The only minor issue we had was with the bathroom, where the toilet was a bit low and the hand soap dispenser was oddly placed. However, overall, our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in the beautiful Alps. Their breakfast spread was superb. The hotel had a stunning view of the mountains, and was located near many walking and biking trails. Plus, the staff was really kind and helpful!
